"Puppy Love" Fleur & Bruno

This original oil portrait captures a tender moment between Bruno and his mum, Fleur. Painted from a reference photo taken by my son, the piece reflects a quiet, timeless expression of puppy love. As with all my work, it began with a raw umber underpainting, followed by layered colour to gradually build depth, structure, and detail.
